Two independent 4013 D-type flip-flops with set, reset, clock and data inputs. Q is normalled to D on each, so a single clock into CLK divides by two for an easy sub-octave. Works at LFO, clock, or audio rate. 0805 SMD with through-hole panel parts. Around 79 USD assembled.
