Two flavors of noise: transistor white noise and a buzzy blend of six 40106 oscillators loosely borrowed from TR-808 ideas. Each feeds a crude VCA for level, and the VCA inputs also take audio so noise can ride on top of a waveform. Mix output combines both. 0805 SMD with through-hole panel parts. Around 79 USD assembled.
