Two LM13700 channels that switch between plain VCA and four-quadrant multiplier. The right channel normals to the left for stereo VCA, panning, crossfade or ring mod. Attenuverter and bias per channel, plus difference and inverted-sum outputs. Optional zener clipping via rear jumpers turns it into a VC distortion. Low parts-count design that favors character over fidelity. 0805 SMD with through-hole panel parts. Around 140 to 159 USD assembled.
